Tell us about a day in the life of a Capco consultant.
There's no such thing as a typical day. Here, you need to be able to prioritize multiple projects and tasks at the same time. On one project, I could be the engagement manager responsible for a team that's defining the digital client channel strategy for a leading wealth management firm. At the same time, I could be working with HR to improve the employee recognition and reward programs while co-leading efforts to learn about vendor solutions or facilitating a Capco 101 class.

How long have you been with Capco?
Six months.

What's the best part of working here?
Definitely the culture. It's unique, diverse and individualistic yet cohesive in its work ethic and goals.

Why did you choose Capco?
I initially decided to join Capco because of the ATP (Associate Talent) program, which allows associates to explore territories and rotate between Banking, Capital Markets and Technology. I've found Capco provides a framework for support and growth that may not be found easily in a bigger consulting firm.
