Tell us about a day in the life of a Capco consultant.

There is no typical day.  There are new challenges and situations, which is what keeps the nature of the work so interesting. Every day involves interaction and support from colleagues at a project, client account and wider company level. There is an extensive network of knowledge across the business and a catalogue of internal resources that can be utilised in order to meet the demands and exceed the expectations of our Clients. 

As part of my current project, focused on project delivery, some of the daily activities include: engaging with a variety of stakeholders and coordinating the alignment of project and business teams, business analysis and the creation of presentations and deliverables, compiling daily status reports and facilitating a number of meetings and workshops. 

Outside of client work, there are opportunities to get involved with developing the business, this includes working on internal projects that seek to enhance capabilities and assets of Capco and day-to-day running of the business; as well as working with our CSR partners to benefit the community around us.
