Senior Consultant

Why did you choose Capco?

I chose Capco on the basis of several discussions and chats, because I like a working environment without fixed hierarchical structures, which fosters a performance-oriented culture and an organization that is large enough to have an impact, but flexible enough to respond to the individual needs of customers and employees alike. Working at Capco allows me to not only form the future of finance, but also to shape the company and its structures and processes.

What do you do at Capco?

I am a Senior Consultant in the Banking Domain in Germany

What drives you?

I’m very results-driven. Doing a good job and achieving the desired end result is my primary motivation. While I enjoy working on a project on my own, I’m particularly motivated by the buzz of working in a team. It’s very rewarding working closely with others who share the same common goal. I like to take on a challenge and to rise to that challenge as part of a concerted team effort – and I naturally appreciate it when my boss compliments me for a job well done.

What’s the best part of working at Capco?

Motivated and talented people that make a valuable contribution not only to the success of clients, but that also create an atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal development. Furthermore I love having new challenges every day and to meet these challenges with the support of the team and that’s something which Capco offers.

Tell us about a day in the life of a Capco consultant.

Although no day is alike, there are several things that come up every day - emails, client and Capco team meetings as well as creating various deliverables. Alongside my client work I also focus on internal Capco projects. Regardless of whether you work on a client project or focus on internal project, there is one common element – CHALLENGE – that makes the life of a consultant so interesting and exciting.
