I’m a sporty person and enjoy a good game of basketball. I like to keep in shape by running and other fitness activities.
I’m a Manager based in the Brussels office, working in the Payment and Cards domain. I’m also the People Forum Representative for the Manager & Senior Consultant group (+/- 15 people) in addition to being a Coach. As a Coach in our People Forum and as a coach to younger consultants, I am happy to guide promising consultants in their careers within Capco. I have over 14 years’ experience consulting in various roles including, Process Manager, Test Manager, Business Continuity Consultant and in the past few years as a Service Delivery Manager and Service Level Agreement analyst.
I’m proud to say that I have accomplished a fair bit to date, but here are my top two: building strong relationships with clients that I have worked with and getting to where I am today in my current role as Temporary Head of Outsourcing at a payment card issuing company.
I’ve always worked in the consulting space throughout my career, across a number of industries including Telecoms, Retail, Public sector and Financial Sector. Getting a taste of the different sectors and missions both at home and abroad helped me in my journey towards Capco. This has also helped me to develop my skills as a Process Manager, Business Continuity expert and Service Management expert.
I really really hate the effect that coffee has on me.
