Lane Martin is a Partner with Capco’s Banking group in North America. He focuses on retail banking transformation.
Lane has over twelve years of consulting and industry experience. He has helped clients define strategies to evolve their product offerings, refresh customer oriented applications, optimize operations, assess technologies, and construct paths to enter new markets. Lane has also led numerous business and technology transformation initiatives for industry leading financial services companies.
Lane recently drove Capco projects helping clients pursue the following: Direct Bank and Financial Center launch, branch kiosk deployment, new Teller application, New sales and service platform application, Remote Deposit Capture, eSignature/ Document Imaging, operational enhancements and marketing improvement initiatives.
Lane authors several blogs on retail banking transformation and is an active thought leader and presenter in this space.
Prior to joining Capco, Lane worked at MasterCard Worldwide as a Director on the product development team. Lane began his career in managerial consulting at BearingPoint, where he was part of the Financial Services practice, with concentration on banking and payments.
