Tara Brady is a Partner in Capco, based in the firm’s London office. As a member of Capco’s European Management Team, Tara plays an instrumental role in driving ongoing growth in Europe. His focus is to help clients transform their businesses by taking advantage of the rapidly changing financial services landscape, creating sustainable competitive advantage.

Industry expertise
Tara has more than 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services marketplace, delivering large acquisitions particularly in Retail Banking and Insurance. He has deep expertise in the definition and delivery of complex, scalable outsourcing deals and programs from origination to close.

Tara is a well-respected industry expert and has authored the Financial Times bestseller ‘Rules of the Game’.

Professional background
Prior to joining Capco, Tara was CEO of Calyx Group (part of the Better Capital portfolio), Group Board Member of Getronics, Director of Financial Services at Logica and Managing Director for BPO EMEA at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
