With over 20 years of industry experience, Sean has supported major global financial institutions on risk and compliance strategy, including architecture and technology platform implementation. Additionally, he has delivered next generation risk and financial management platforms for major US regulatory agencies.

Thought Leadership
Sean is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences. He has been quoted in publications such as Business Week and InfoWorld as a risk and compliance expert. He is one of Capco’s leading thought leaders and he has authored numerous white papers and research documents including Compliance Program Implementations: Nine Pitfalls and How to Create a Holistic Risk and Compliance Framework and most recently he has authored a white paper titled, "7 critical questions for financial services firms".

Professional Background
Prior to Capco, Sean led the risk and compliance practice at another top-tier global consultancy, where he provided risk and compliance solutions across the financial services industry and to major US regulatory agencies. Earlier, he was a managing director and head of the Global Compliance Solutions practice at BearingPoint where he similarly provided strategic and technical solutions to global financial institutions and regulatory agencies.
