Capco role and focus
Peter Schurau, Capco Partner, is CEO for Capco's European business and is a member of its Global Executive Management Team and a member of the Capco Board.

Industry expertise
Peter has almost twenty years of experience in the financial services consulting industry. He has led projects in the areas of strategy, business advisory and large transformational programs; has been involved in the development of target operating models for leading financial institutions; and has overseen the IT strategy, architecture and execution for clients in the industry. Peter’s extensive experience also includes the management of global key accounts and executive relationships.

Professional background
Peter joined Capco from BearingPoint, where – along with KPMG – he held a number of senior roles for the majority of his consulting career, and was responsible for Financial Services across the European Region. At the same time as he built BearingPoint’s FS presence in Europe, Peter also developed deep relationships with clients in the banking and insurance segments of the Financial Services market.
