Matthew Cohn is a Partner in Capco's Banking practice in North America.

Matthew has extensive experience in selling consulting services and delivering solutions to complex, industry-specific problems through direct interaction with client senior management. He has consulted across the functional spectrum to address industry-specific challenges such as business strategy; marketing design and execution; sales force; customer management and experience; operations strategy, efficiency and effectiveness; technology strategy and implementation; transaction processing and re-architecture; and fraud detection and management. He has led significant engagements on behalf of several large financial services clients in business process management-enabled sales and service transformation; multi-channel service delivery; decision science-supported cross-sell/up-sell to specific customer segments; and the convergence of banking and wealth management.

Professional background
Matthew has over 21 years’ financial services experience, including lending, retail/commercial banking and payments. Before joining Capco, he was a managing director in the banking practice at BearingPoint, and held a position as Associate Partner with IBM Business Consulting Services.
