Ian Holden is a Partner with Capco’s Banking domain team, based in London.

Ian’s deep industry expertise includes the design and delivery of management consulting projects across a wide range of disciplines including: operational excellence, business strategy and transformation, finance transformation, systems integration, information management and performance measurement.

Ian is a well-respected industry expert and has authored several white papers at Capco including, "Divestments: breaking up is hard to do – good planning makes it easier".

Professional background
Prior to joining the Capco team, Ian was a Partner with BearingPoint, where together with his colleagues on the UK Financial Services management team, he contributed to the significant growth of BearingPoint’s FS presence in the UK. Ian also gained deep experience in the area finance and risk during his five year tenure with Deloitte Consulting. Ian began his career in industry, before making the move to join the ranks of the professional services industry, first joining Price Waterhouse Management Consulting.
