Frank Mackris is a partner at Capco and the leader of the North American Banking, Wealth & Investment Management practices.

Frank has over 20 years of consulting experience. He has been a leader in the development and delivery of solutions in strategic cost management, enterprise performance improvement, management reporting, spend management, IT effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

Thought leadership
Frank is a licensed CPA, a member of the AICPA and the MSCPA, and a member of the board of advisors to the IBM Cognos Innovation Center. He co-authored the banking and capacity management chapters in the Service Company edition of the Handbook of Cost Management and has authored the following Capco white papers:

Professional background
Prior to joining Capco, Frank was a managing director and vice president in the Banking Practice and Enterprise Performance Improvement Solution team of a global management and technology consulting firm. He is a CPA with deep expertise in Finance Transformation, Management Reporting and Analytics, Enterprise Performance Improvement/Cost Takeout, and Merger/Divestiture. Most recently, Frank led the Banking Segment for North America, and for many years prior to that led the growth of the West Coast practice.
