Carmina Venditti is a Partner at Capco in the North American Wealth and Investment Management practice, Carmina Venditti specializes in large-scale back office improvement programs in the broker-dealer industry.

Industry expertise
She has over 27 years of experience in wealth management, investment services and custody operations, leading major organizational efforts to implement business process redesign and realignment, process outsourcing and off-shoring, and associated performance measurement and management programs.

Carmina’s recent consulting projects have focused on implementing a new service model for a top-tier wealth management firm, enabling off-shoring for trade processing and clearance/settlement functions; and assisting a Tier 1 asset management firm in re-defining and streamlining its ETF support model across functions and business lines.

Carmina is actively involved in developing Capco's thought leadership and recently authored, "Smarter Sourcing in a Post-crisis Environment".

Professional background
Prior to joining Capco, Carmina worked within Streetside Clearing at Wachovia. Before Wachovia, she was an Assistant Vice President at TD Bank.
