Capco role and focus
Bill Sommers is a Partner in Capco’s Technology practice. He focuses on systems integration and technology delivery services for North American projects, bringing our clients 22 years’ experience in disciplines including CIO/CTO advisory services, IT Strategy and Organization alignment, Program and Project Management, Systems Integration, Package and Custom systems delivery, Release Management, and Quality Assurance/Test.

Industry expertise
Bill adopts a hands-on approach to working with the client and project teams, leveraging experience from a variety of industries – financial services, telecommunications, media and entertainment, retail, defense and off-shore software development.

Professional background
Before he joined Capco, Bill was a Managing Director of a global management and technology firm which provided management and technology services to insurance, banking and capital markets clients. Prior to this, he held a variety of leadership positions with Covansys, SBI, Scient, Lucent Technologies and the United States Air Force.
