Andrew Tarver is a Partner and runs Capco's UK operations.

Industry expertise
Andrew has 11 years’ experience in the consulting industry, of which all have been spent serving Tier One Capital Markets clients. He has specialist experience in planning and executing large global change programs, defining target operating models across all business units, post merger integration, defining technology and operations strategies, cross asset electronic trading and technology transformation programs.

Professional background
Before joining Capco, Andrew was a Partner in Accenture’s Capital Markets practice, acting as global account lead for a Tier One investment bank, which saw him spend his time between New York and London in order to provide a truly global consulting service to this major financial institution.
